How do I delete my account?
Open the app → Settings → scroll to the bottom → tap Delete account. This permanently removes your memories, people, reminders, photos, and voice notes. You can also email us at privacy@getpromethix.com and we will do it for you within 7 days.
How do I export my data?
Settings → Export memories downloads a JSON file of everything you've saved.
Voice or Dictate says "microphone blocked"
On iPhone: Settings app → Safari → Microphone → Allow. On Chrome: click the lock icon in the address bar → Site settings → Microphone → Allow, then reload.
I hit the free memory cap
Join the Pro waitlist in Settings for unlimited memories and deeper AI features. In the meantime, exporting and clearing old memories frees up room.
Reminders aren't showing up
Reminders use your browser's notifications. Make sure notifications are allowed for this site, and that the app is open in a tab or installed to your home screen so it can wake up on schedule.
Is my data private?
Yes. Your memories are stored in a private encrypted database only your account can read. AI providers process your text/photos to categorize and search but do not train on your data. See our Privacy Policy.
